I recently purchased a Toshiba Satellite notebook and Best Buy would give me the Geek Squad to eliminate the pre-programmed, China is not required. I refused that because of the cost. Is it difficult to eliminate unnecessary programs and what they are? It came with Vista Premium.

Moreover, the extent to which previous versions of MS Office suite is not with Vista? I've heard they have issues.
